What happens if I don’t use all my credits in a month?

No worries! Your unused credits DO NOT EXPIRE. That way, if you want to save up for something bigger, your balance is waiting for you.

How does the referral program work?

It’s simple: refer a friend, and when they sign up for any membership level, you’ll receive bonus credits added to your account! It’s our way of saying thank you for spreading the word. The more friends you refer, the more you earn—there’s no cap!

Can I pause my membership?

Yes! We understand that life happens. Each member has the option to pause their membership for 2 times per calendar year without losing their membership status. Just let us know at least 7 days before your next billing cycle, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Beauty Credit Club – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Beauty Credit Club at Precision Medspa! By enrolling in our membership program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership Overview

  • Membership Levels: Glow Up ($99/month), Radiant Glow ($149/month), Luxe Glow ($199/month).
  • Credits: Each month, you’ll receive bonus credits above your monthly fee. These credits can be used toward any aesthetics or esthetician service or product at Precision Medspa.
  • Auto-Renewal: Memberships auto-renew monthly and will continue until canceled.

Credit Policy

  • Credit Use: Credits are redeemable for all aesthetics or esthetician services and products.
  • Expiration: Credits do not expire.
  • Non-Transferable: Credits may not be shared, gifted, or transferred between members.
  • Non-Refundable: Credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Pausing & Canceling

  • Pause Policy: Members may pause their membership up to two times per calendar year. While paused, credits will remain active and will not expire. Pause requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your next scheduled payment.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your next scheduled payment.
  • Post-Cancellation Credits: If you have unused credits at the time of cancellation, they will remain valid for up to 3 months from your last payment date.

Referral Program

  • Refer a friend and receive a $20–$40 credit (based on your tier) when they enroll in any Beauty Credit Club membership. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.

Eligibility & Payment

  • Must be 18 years or older to enroll.
  • A valid credit or debit card is required and must remain on file for automatic monthly billing.
  • Membership benefits and pricing are subject to change with notice.
